I had come to Bannerdale Osteopaths after 18 months of unexplained pain in my hip area. in these 18 months I have tried physiotherapy, multiple sports massages and even two MRI scans. all without any result or even an understanding what was causing the pain. I was simply told, we don't know, best to go back to your GP. from the first appointment all the way to the last Steven at Bannerdale Osteopaths really listened to me when I explained where and when my hip hurts, asked the right questions and really understood where the problem with my hip came from. I had almost given up and thought I maybe had to just live with hip pain and running was a thing of the past. I can now say I am completely pain free and running again after almost two years off due to my injury! Can highly recommend Bannerdale Osteopaths, their expertise and support has given me a pain free life back again.

Took our newborn as we had some concerns and after the first visit and about a few days of doing the recommended plan, she was already becoming a different baby! Both times Steven was understanding and educated us on the why and how so we it was easy to do at home and get into a good routine!

Had a niggly back pain for sometime. Steve was brilliant, came up with a plan, which I followed, and with his manipulation as well as, my pain has gone. Im back to normal now , and enjoying my martial arts as before. Won't leave it as long if it happens again. Thanks Steve.
