“I work with the patient as a team and believe that the path to recovery is not only through hands-on treatment but through a patients understanding of the symptoms, exercise, and communication.”
We are very excited to announce that Pooja is now working full time at the clinic and has taken over from Jacqui. We think she is a really great addition to the team.

Pooja graduated from the University College of Osteopathy (previously BSO) with a Masters of Osteopathy degree. Prior to this she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Leeds and has already spent some time practicing osteopathy in London and Melbourne.
Pooja treats and manages patients using a multi faceted approach. She treats a wide variety of problems and has a keen interest in women’s health and expectant mothers; incorporating mindfulness to aid chronic pain management and exercise to speed up recovery. Pooja uses structural and visceral techniques and looks at the whole picture, including lifestyle, nutrition and pre-disposing factors.
She speaks English, Hindi and also some French.
“I believe that the mind and body are connected and treatment should be individualised to each patient. I’ve always been interested in healthcare and helping others, and after my bachelors degree, I decided to pursue Osteopathy as I wanted a more hands-on and holistic approach to healthcare. Working with the patient as a team, I like to identify the origin of the problem and help bring the patient back to optimum health. I strongly believe that the path to recovery is not only through hands-on treatment, but also through patients understanding of the symptoms, exercise and communication. In my free time I practice yoga, enjoy taking dance classes and going for walks and hikes in nature.”
